My original query had ignored Israel because it was looking for countries with more than 10 weather stations, and Israel has exactly 10.

As you can note in the updated viz, Israel has a high concentration of developers, but not as much as the top countries in Europe, North America, and Oceania. But then in Asia it’s second only to Singapore — and along the Asia specific trend “hotter -> more developers”.
